ELECTRICAL/ INSTRUMENTATION SUPERVISOR Position requires the successful candidate to reside in the Kenai Soldotna Area MUST possess Strong Background in both Electrical as well as Instrumentation Supervision. The successful candidate MUST have a proven Industrial/ Oilfield Back Ground, be extremely Self-motivated/ Self-starter and be able to interact with a wide variety of Clients/ Customers. Estimate, manage and supervise the work activities of the construction project team. Provide planning, scheduling, direction and technical support for all UOSS project functions. Manage/ coordinate the budget, materials, schedules, vehicles, test equipment and other support resources required for project activities. Coordinate and review engineering packages generated by the engineering contractor. Answer request for information regarding clarification of design, NEC, NFPA, client specifications. Initiate equipment/ material requests, budget requests, work requests, etc., in accordance with approved project requirements. Coordinate work in field between operations, client maintenance and other departments. Ensure that work is done in a safe and environmentally sound manner. Coordinate work with operations to support construction, training and startup activities. Coordinate with Design to contribute constructability and provide postmortem input. Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets and procedures as appropriate. Review E&I QA inspection reports and resolve deficiency issues. Track and analyze costs and crew performance. Perform performance/safety reviews and analysis. Coordinate project activities with other organizations, such as Automation, Startup, Operations and Document Control. Review and approve (sign-off) test documentation to insure timely, complete and accurate documentation of completed project activities. Salary Range $110,000 to $130,000 depending on qualifications, experience and abilities.
